Commercial Services

Spring Harbor Hospital

Since 1978, Favreau’s Electric, Inc. has served Maine’s business community, compiling an impressive list of satisfied customers. From projects of notable size to smaller-scale tenant fit-ups and renovations, we have a proven track record of getting the job done efficiently, economically, and correct the first time. Equally impressive is our ability to create longstanding working relationships with both customers and General Contractors alike, in a time when so many contractors move on after their project is over.

Over the years, Favreau’s has logged a great deal of successful projects, such as 100 Middle Street Plaza (Portland), Mid Coast Hospital, Brunswick (both the original building and a recent Emergency Room expansion), and numerous Shaw’s Supermarkets—both new and renovated (Windham, Brunswick, South Portland, Falmouth, etc.). Along the way, we have also managed countless small-scale applications, such as renovations to Puffin Stop convenience stores throughout the mid coast area, L.L. Bean renovations and, more recently, the complete rewiring of the Blaine House (Governor’s mansion) in Augusta. Again and again, through hard work and diligence, we have proven ourselves as the right choice for projects big and small.

With skilled, long-term employees specializing in everything from power and light wiring, underground power infrastructure, backup power generation, to telephone/data cabling, fiber optic, fire alarm, security and the like, we have the know-how and integrity to get your project done on time and on budget. With a well-equipped office and up-to-date technology, we also have the ability to serve our customer’s design-build needs. Backup power? Not a problem! We possess tow-behind “quiet site” generators in sizes ranging from 70 to 100 kilowatts, which we can mobilize for supplemental power during scheduled outages, or as backup power in an emergency situation. Although we are a commercial contractor, we also serve many residential clients, ranging from new houses to additions and renovations, backup generators and service calls. Simply put: we have the ability, equipment, and will to serve all aspects of the electrical industry!

Dear Neal:

We have worked with Favreau Electric for the last 20 years on major projects for hospitals and collegiate campuses. The costs have ranged from small projects through $24 million overall construction costs.

Favreau Electric is a solid, reliable electrical subcontractor. They provide the full range of service from service entrance work through Tele/data.

The Owners have a “hands on” approach to their projects. They are capable of being involved as a team member in the early phases of design through construction.

Their field superintendents are top notch.

We are pleased to have Favreau Electric perform the electrical work on our projects.

Very truly yours,
